Is KRA KYC a centralised system at exchange-level or we need to do this process at each broker-level? (I think it’s centralised)
(My KRA KYC is successfully validated on the link shared by Dhan few weeks back)

It is centralised. If you use our Dhan KYC Control Centre to validate your KYC, that will reflect across all brokers and you can continue to trade and invest seamless across the ecosystem.
We’re the only broker that allows you to do this, else you might have to reach out to KRA directly to validate your details, which is time-consuming and is not guaranteed.
