I tried to execute some option orders today, but it keeps getting rejected. This was the first time I am experiencing this, what could be the reason
order keep getting rejected for this week Nifty, and crudeoil options. @Dhan_Help any issues with the order /RMS systems?
Hi @Saquib Your orders are rejected by exchange as your Email Address and Mobile Number are not verified in the KRA. Request you to do so on priority.

Hi @RSVel All is working fine. The rejection in this cases was by exchange as details in KRA are not verified.

Validated the kyc in dhan kra control site just now. Can you let me how long this would take to cpmplete? and can the trades be proceeded in the meantime?
Wish we could give a timeline for this. Have seen users getting usually verified in 48 hours, but also know of cases where it took 4-6 working days. It’s with KRA agencies, we send the request directly to them.
@PravinJ This is related to other thread , am not able to close my MTF position in spite of required funds in account APP is giving error , following up with your team , Please do the needful , as you are aware daily interest is being applied , even unable to reach customer care.
