So basically when I saw some websites they show que like if I am waiting for chat support they indicate like you 5th in que our chat executives will connect with you soon but here its nothing I don’t even know weather my message is getting read or no for hours so please look into it I just can’t seat and wait for hours for your text right so I will wait patiently till my number come
Que position and response time intimation would be nice to have
