Can I manage accounts of my family member?

Hi Dhan Team,

Can I get another account open for my husband and manage it myself? I do full time trading through API and wish to do it for both my account and my husband’s as he does not have time for trading himself. Is there need for any family declaration and are there any restrictions?

Hi @swatijain While we understand it is family member, the regulations strictly say that investing and trading accounts should be self managed. This has been a consistent message from Banking (RBI) and Investing / Trading (SEBI) regulators.
